As a client sales representative, Derek works with existing clients to help teach and advise them on new products and services \u2014 whether one-on-one or in group webinars. Now in his 8th year in sales and 18th year with the company, he\u2019s aided thousands of contractors in identifying the specific needs of their business, where they can improve, and how FOUNDATION can get them there.<\/p>\n
To date, he\u2019s performed over 5,000 demos, attended nearly 35 tradeshows and knows both the industry, the client base and the software inside and out.<\/p>\n
Derek began in the Client Services Department in 2005 as a support representative before transitioning to the role of field trainer.
