December 15, 2017 |\u00a0<\/strong>STRONGSVILLE, Ohio \u2014\u00a0<\/strong>Foundation Software, developer of software, services and education for construction businesses<\/a> announced the appointment of Steve Antill<\/a> as the organization\u2019s vice president of business development. Antill will continue his role as director of sales while assuming responsibility for strategic market planning and new business development for both Foundation and its sister company Payroll4Construction.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The appointment follows Foundation\u2019s aggressive growth in recent years and its expansion into new market entry points, including educational events and data entry services. Since 2010, the company has increased its revenues more than 300%, averaging 22% organic growth year-over-year. Antill will lead the organization\u2019s effort to continue enhancing its product and service offerings for the construction industry.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m excited to say that Steve will be critical in advancing our vision of becoming the people contractors seek out to help them run their business,\u201d remarked CEO and founder Fred Ode. \u201cJust as important, he\u2019ll help form the bridge to the future of our company, especially as he mentors other leaders and the next generation of Odes growing up through the organization.\u201d Antill himself started as an entry-level employee almost 20 years ago. \u201cHe gets our vision, understands the industry and has shown he has the tenacity to get things done in a challenging industry. Antill joined Foundation in 1999 while studying marketing at the University of Akron. He built up his knowledge of Foundation\u2019s flagship construction accounting software<\/a> as a support representative and software trainer before moving into sales. As one of the company\u2019s first regional sales managers, Antill led its West Coast office for over nine years, where his on-the-ground work made California one of the company\u2019s largest regions today. He returned to Foundation\u2019s Cleveland headquarters<\/a> in 2011 as director of sales.<\/p>\n
