\u201cWe use McCormick for digital takeoff for large commercial projects,\u201d Brian said. \u201cThe on-screen takeoff is better than the older way of by-hand takeoffs \u2014 we like the database. It has real-time updates from suppliers, which is great \u2014 We ended up switching to McCormick because of its digital takeoff feature. With our prior program, you had to print and take them out. With McCormick, it\u2019s all digital, so it\u2019s much easier.\u201d<\/p>\n

McCormick\u2019s Automatic Takeoff feature can measure drawings automatically, eliminating the possibility of missed runs and inaccurate measurements. Within the system, there\u2019s also the option to utilize the home run feature for automatic takeoff. For Brian, this meant time saved on every estimate and drawing.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe digital takeoff is much more useful than the methods we used with our previous software. The real-time updates from suppliers are key to helping us stay on schedule.\u201d Brian says, \u201cWithout McCormick, it\u2019d take about three times as long to do a takeoff job.\u201d<\/p>\n
