STRONGSVILLE, Ohio \u2014 <\/strong>Foundation Software has been named a 2018 Top Workplace by The Plain Dealer<\/em>. Companies are awarded a place on the list based solely on anonymous employee feedback. The third-party survey, administered by Energage<\/a>, measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection.<\/p>\n

Family-owned since its founding in 1985, Foundation has always treated its employees like family. \u201cWe\u2019ve created an environment that enables our employees to thrive, not unlike raising a family,\u201d said Fred Ode<\/a>, CEO\/chairman. \u201cHowever, unlike a traditional family, this family will continue to grow and expand.
